Ways to pay.

Add what you need to the cart and pay with Tabby: in full, or split an eligible order into instalments. Tabby shows the plans you can use when you check out and decides approval, limits and the payment schedule there and then. We prepare the order once the payment is confirmed.

For a machine, a classroom, a project or any large order, ask for a quotation. You get an itemised quotation in Saudi riyals with VAT shown on its own line, which you can accept online from your account.

• Bank transfer: pay to our account and put the quotation number in the transfer reference. The details, with our bank letter, are on the bank details page.
• Tabby: where the order is eligible, the quotation can be paid through checkout like any other order.
• Purchase order: send your PO against the quotation number (see below).

Send a purchase order against our quotation number. The quotation carries our commercial registration and VAT number, and your official tax invoice (with its ZATCA QR code) is issued in SMACC before the order ships. Payment terms for regular accounts are agreed with each account: ask the trade desk.

School budgets run on a yearly cycle, so we work to it. You get an itemised quotation a finance office can read line by line, a lab can be phased over more than one budget year, and eligible orders can be spread out with Tabby instalments at checkout. Installation and operator training are included with every machine.

Getting the purchase approved is often the harder part. The fundraising page lists the routes we have seen work and what we can prepare for your committee.
