What every maintenance visit covers

The same checklist on every laser, ticked in the report so you can see what was done.

How a maintenance contract works

  1. Send the requestYour company details and each laser with its exhaust. The serial numbers are on the type plate on the back of each machine.
  2. Contract and quotationWe send the contract to sign and a quotation per laser and exhaust, before VAT.
  3. Pay upfrontAgainst our tax invoice. Your visit schedule is then booked for the year.
  4. Monthly visitsA report after every visit. If a part is needed, we quote it with its delivery time.

Good to know

Are spare parts included?

No. Parts and consumables such as lenses, mirrors and filters are quoted separately when a visit report shows they are needed. Parts we hold in Riyadh go out straight away; parts ordered from Trotec in Austria usually take 2–3 weeks.

We are a government entity. Can you work with our procedures?

Yes. Reports are printed and handed over with your paperwork, with no links or QR codes on them, and the contract is supplied as a PDF for your procurement system.

How is the price worked out?

Per laser together with the exhaust it runs with, depending on the machine. Send the request and we quote your exact machines.

Do I need an account?

You sign in with your email: we send you a code, no password. Your request, our reply, the quotation and every report then stay in one place.
