What you can put on a stamp

• Company name and commercial registration (CR) number
• VAT registration number — the most requested addition since VAT invoicing became routine
• Received / Approved / Paid / Cancelled and other office marks, with or without a date
• A scanned signature
• Your logo, reproduced as a laser-cut plate
• Arabic script set properly — correct joining and line spacing, not Latin layout with Arabic dropped in

Choosing a size

The stamp model sets the print size, so pick the model by how many lines you need. A three-line address fits a Printy 4911; a full company block with CR and VAT usually needs a 4913 or 4915; round company seals use the 46xx range. Every product page here states its print size in millimetres, so you can check before ordering rather than after.

Ordering, and re-inking later

Order online with your text and we produce the plate, or send a spreadsheet and we make a whole department's stamps in one batch — the usual job for ministries, hospitals, banks, law and accounting firms. Delivery across the Kingdom, VAT invoice on company orders.

A self-inking stamp is not disposable: when it fades, you replace the ink cartridge, not the stamp. Every cartridge is stocked in Trodat Inks, and if the text changes we can make a new plate for the body you already own.
