What large format actually buys you

Not just bigger parts — fewer of them. A bed that takes a full sheet means one load instead of four, no repositioning, and no seam where two passes met. On a production sign run that is the difference between a machine that keeps up and one that becomes the bottleneck.

What we supply

• Trotec SP series — SP500, SP1500, SP2000, SP3000 flatbeds for full-sheet acrylic, wood and composite
• Trotec Q series — Q400 and Q500 for mid-format cutting and engraving
• Speedy Black Line — the 480 takes 1248 mm in one pass, with Vision Print & Cut for registering printed graphics
• Atmos extraction sized to the material, which on acrylic and PVC-free stock is not optional

A safety note we will not skip

PVC must never be laser cut. It releases chlorine gas that destroys the machine and endangers the operator. If a client specifies PVC signage, we will tell you what to use instead — it is one of the hard stops built into our Trotec machine finder.

Buying and support in Saudi Arabia

Flatbeds are quoted with delivery, installation, extraction, operator training and a first consumables set. Our maintenance team travels to your site in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and across the Kingdom. Send us a drawing and a material and we will cut a sample before you commit.
