How trade pricing works

The prices on this site are retail. Wholesale pricing is applied to your account once it is approved, so you sign in and see your own prices rather than a public discount everyone can read. Ask us to set the account up and tell us roughly what you move each month — that is what the tier is based on.

Who buys at trade

• Stationers and office suppliers reselling stamps and ink across the Kingdom
• Print shops and sign makers buying transfer paper, film and consumables in volume
• Corporate and government accounts ordering for many branches at once
• Dealers carrying our brands under our dealer programme

What we ask, and what you get

A commercial registration and a VAT number, and a sense of your volume. In return: your own pricing, a named contact rather than a queue, stock held for repeat lines, a VAT invoice on every order, and delivery across the Kingdom. Standing orders for high-turnover items — ink cartridges most of all — are arranged so you are not reordering the same thing every month.
