Everything needed to print on garments in Saudi Arabia — heat transfer paper, flex and print-cut films, sublimation, direct-to-garment and white-toner printing, and the presses that finish all of them. Supplied and serviced by Lawazen Trading Group from Riyadh.

Which method should I use?

This is the question that decides the whole setup, and the honest answer depends on three things: the fabric, the number of pieces, and how many colours the artwork has.

  • Heat transfer paper (TheMagicTouch, printed on an OKI or colour laser) — full colour, works on cotton, polyester and blends including dark garments, no minimum order. The general-purpose starting point.
  • Flex film — cut-and-weed vinyl for names, numbers and single-colour logos. Cheapest per piece for team kit and uniforms; not for photographs.
  • Sublimation (Sawgrass) — the image bonds into the fibre so it cannot crack or peel, and it is unbeatable on polyester sportswear and hard goods. It does not work on cotton or on dark garments.
  • Direct-to-garment (Ricoh) — photographic full colour straight onto cotton, including dark, with no setup per design. Best for one-offs, personalisation and sampling.
  • Screen printing (Anatol) — slow to set up, then almost free per piece. Above roughly a hundred identical garments it beats everything else on cost.

The rule of thumb

Twenty different designs: DTG or transfer. Five hundred identical shirts: screen print. Polyester sportswear: sublimation. Names and numbers on kit: flex film. Buying in the Kingdom

Consumables are stocked in Riyadh and delivered across Saudi Arabia. Machines are quoted with delivery, installation, operator training in Arabic or English, and a first set of consumables, and our maintenance team travels to your site rather than asking you to ship equipment back.
