After purchasing the book a service feature you will receive a call to confirm your preferred location of the machine requiring the service, an appointed Lawazen service employee will arrive on the scheduled date and evaluate the machine for required parts and schedule a different date to deliver confirmed required parts or request to retrieve the machine to the Lawazen workshop if necessary to set the machine for maintenance if requested.
