This year’s Saudi Signage & Labelling Expo 2025 was a milestone event for Lawazen, marking our strongest presence yet as the official distributor of Trotec laser machines and Trodat stamps in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Our main booth at 3A50 welcomed a stream of visitors across all days of the exhibition, offering an interactive product customization experience powered by Trotec laser technology. Visitors had the opportunity to personalize engraved visitor badges and notebooks through the Lawazen customization dashboard, witnessing their orders engraved live on-site using the Trotec Speedy 300 80W machine.
Beyond our booth, Lawazen proudly partnered with the Saudi Signage Expo team to co-lead the Label It competition, one of the event’s most dynamic and engaging activations. Located at the opposite end of the venue, the competition booth attracted hundreds of attendees eager to test their skills in a live product labeling challenge using Trotec and Trodat materials and tools.
Participants labeled a custom set of products—including bottles, notebooks, and bags—competing for daily prizes. All materials were engraved and produced live at our main booth, demonstrating real-time applications of the very tools we supply.
From booth design and product engagement to competition structure and social media exposure, the event was a complete success. Media teams captured both booths in action, helping us generate meaningful exposure for Lawazen, Trotec, and Trodat.
