01What Lawazen actually is
A Riyadh company that supplies equipment, then stays with it.
We specify the machine, quote it, deliver it, install it, train the people who will run it, and service it for the rest of its working life. One supplier, one purchase order, one number to call when something stops.
A laser cutter, a heat press or a stamp machine is not a box that arrives and works. It needs a room with extraction, an operator who knows the material settings, the right consumables and an engineer who can be on site rather than on a plane.

Through an authorised channel, genuine spare parts, firmware, factory training and the manufacturer's warranty reach you through us. Through a grey importer they do not reach you at all. For a sole-source justification that is usually the whole argument, and we will put it in writing.

What you are making, in what material, at what size and what volume. Our solution finder asks the same questions our specialists do, then shows the machine with the fit explained.

Quote. Formal, itemised, on letterhead.
Lead times stated per line, with a validity period and a reference number when a tender needs one. A formal quotation within one working day, and you can review and accept it from your Lawazen account.

Install. Priced in the quotation, not added afterwards.
Delivery, placement, power, extraction and commissioning, carried out by our own engineers. Our pre-install guide sets out what the room needs before the machine arrives.

Applications and materials training at our Riyadh showroom or on your own machine, so the people running it know the settings, not just the buttons.

Preventive maintenance, breakdown response, spare parts and annual contracts. Service is our own team out of Riyadh, not a third party appointed after the sale.
