When screen printing is the right answer

Screen printing wins on volume. Setting up a screen costs time, but once it is on the press the cost per garment barely moves — so a run of 500 uniform shirts is far cheaper screen printed than heat transferred. Below roughly a hundred pieces, or for full-colour photographic artwork, heat transfer or DTF is usually the better tool. We will tell you which one your job actually needs.

Installation and service in Saudi Arabia

Screen printing equipment is quoted, not listed — a press has to be specified around your station count, garment type, ink system and floor space, and a dryer has to be sized to the press feeding it. A Lawazen quotation covers the machine, dryer, delivery, installation and operator training, with our maintenance team travelling to your site anywhere in the Kingdom.
