What DTG does that other methods cannot

It prints photographs, gradients and unlimited colours onto cotton, including dark garments, with no setup cost per design. That makes it the right choice for one-offs, personalised names, sampling before a production run, and print-on-demand — the jobs where screen printing's setup would cost more than the shirt.

The trade-off is speed and substrate: DTG is slower per piece than a screen press and works best on cotton and high-cotton blends. For 500 identical shirts, screen print; for 20 different designs, DTG.

Buying and support in the Kingdom
